Complimentary therapies are often used by people to bring a sense of clarity and peace to their self, so that they may lead a stress free, more balanced life.
Many people use complementary therapies (such as acupuncture and prayer) during or after their standard medical care to improve quality of life and relieve some side effects of treatments or illnesses themself. When combined with standard medical care, complementary therapies are often called integrative therapies.
Using these therapies instead of standard treatments is not recommended.
A holistic way to improving your health.
